I am fundraising for Children's Hospital!

We are once again joining forces with the Miles For Miracles team in 2012 to run the Boston Marathon to benefit Children's Hospital Boston. This world class facility has meant so much to our family. First helping our son Cameron with his Juvenile Diabetes and Autism since 2007. They came to our families aid again in August of 2010 as my nephew/Godson Maxwell was diagnosed with ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukemia). He is currently continuing his treatments and doing quite well thanks to the amazing care he has received. Cameron, Maxwell and myself appreciate all of your support to help us achieve our fundraising goal for 2012.

We are fundraising for this event because we believe so strongly in all the good things Children's Hospital Boston does for kids. Its patient care programs are unusually sensitive to what sick and injured children and their families really need. Its researchers regularly make amazing discoveries that change children's lives. It welcomes kids whose families can't afford health care-more than any other hospital in Massachusetts. It makes a point of reaching out to local communities to help low-income and at-risk kids. And it really gets the importance of training the next generation of top pediatricians and nurses.
