Get Involved As a fundraiser, you’re an extension of Children’s. Children’s requires everyone to submit an application before starting to fundraise. Once we understand your goals, we can guide you through tax regulations and state guidelines, and share what we’ve learned in keeping costs low to return even greater proceeds to the programs. You’ll need a plan in place before submitting your application: the type of fundraiser you’re creating, expected revenue, anticipated costs and more. After you’ve applied, you’ll receive a notification in approximately 7-10 business days to let you know if the fundraiser is approved. You will also receive information on setting up your personal page as well as other helpful information. Hosting a fundraiser on behalf of the hospital carries a promise to your supporters—that the money they donate will directly benefit the kids. Help us keep that promise by adhering to these guidelines. Have you been wondering about where the proceeds can go from your fundraiser? We hope this document will help answer some of the questions. |
