Thousands of people participated in NSTAR’s Walk for Children’s Hospital Boston, Sunday, June 14, 2009. Patients, families, doctors, nurses and friends of the hospital community came out to give back and show their gratitude to Children’s Hospital. A special part of the Walk is out team spirit – in fact over 300 teams signed on to support the hospital’s mission. We had 37 hospital teams representing all areas of the hospital as well a team of over 625 from NSTAR and teams from the Boston Celtics, Walmart, Marriott and Waste Management among many others.
